A: We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Miriam Merenfeld Jewelry. Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed, pieces ordered from this event are final sale.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Your order will ship within 2 weeks from the time that you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your USPS tracking details for Domestic orders. This tracking number might not have details for up to one week. Our shipping labels are printed and once at the post office details of shipping will begin. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there.

Q: What can I do if my jewelry requires cleaning?
A: We hope you enjoy your Miriam Merenfeld Jewelry for many years to come. We recommend storing jewelry in an airtight and dry lined case or soft pouch when it is not in use. With sterling silver, remember that tarnish (dulled luster or discolor) is a natural process caused by oxidation, but can easily be brought back to life by using a liquid silver cleaner, rinse with water and dry with a hair drier.
